Leadership with a difference in Afrika

We tend to equate leadership with either a political or a company position. But that’s not really what leadership is nor where it starts. Actually by the time one gets to that position if they are not a true leader, it shows. Leadership is a heart issue that begins with the individual way before it can be expressed in a home, a family or the community. Leadership is taught and enhanced by the way we treat each other in our societies. Trust, honesty, love and brotherhood expressed to one another at home, in school, in society, at work or in public office can transform the nature of an entire nation for generations… if only we are bold enough to try it.
